Wow, I am so awed by everyone's artwork!  I hope there's a round 2.  I will be all over that like white on rice.

i received from my awesome partner Viciouskittie today!! I absolutely love it!  I told her I wanted a Frida shrine and that's what I got!!  The pic doesn't do it justice. the entire front is hinged so you can open it up (and put stuff for Frida on the leopard print floor!). i didn't get a good angle on the camera but there are two cute skulls up at the top corners. and the big Frida in the middle is not flush w/ the back; she sticks out but it's hard to tell in the photo. anyway, i love it!!! thanks Viciouskittie - you were an awesome partner!!

Yes, he is polymer clay. Before I baked him, I put jewelry eyepins in all the ends so I could attach him together. The larger one (who was just too tall for the shrine) was hooked together with split rings. The smaller one was attached with fishing line.

Everyone's shrines are so well-done, and so different. I am loving it!!

I got the most amazing package from Smarmyclothes today. She rocks! I got a really cute cloth handbag with a skeleton print lining. A cigar box purse and a little box with skulls and flowers on the top. I'm just on my way out the door to work so apologies for the poor descriptions. My boyfriend is away with the camera till monday so i wont be able to post pics till then unless smarmyclothes has some.
