My husband and I like to make each other birthday gifts every year which means lots of time spent in separate rooms working on each other's presents. With both of our birthdays around the corner I decided to build a privacy screen, we have always wanted one but they are generally out of our price range. I used mostly things I already had laying around the house (a printer box, some old curtains, leftover furniture paint, duct tape), all together I had to spend $14 for 2 bottles of spray adhesive and a roll of ribbon. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out for just winging it!

Funny you should say it that way, as I was finishing I told my husband that I felt like the McGyver of crafts lol.

Ingenious! Looks great, cost little, totally functional. You did a stellar job with that DIY. Now you can sit on opposite sides of the screen going crazy wondering "what was that sound?!" while you make each other gifts Cheesy.
