Here's the stocking I made back in December for Joyful Clover.  It was my first time making something with such soft velvet, and took some getting used to, but I really like how it came out!



Apparently the only "progress" photos I took this time were of my plushies "helping" me. ;P  (I have a photo blog featuring Katsuyuki Moray and his sea creature friends, and sometimes they participate in #plushiediysaturday !)




Kimutako the octopus wants to make sure you can see how the velvet shines when the light hits it from different angles!


The stocking isn't huge so it won't fit any big presents in there, but I love how it looks, and oddly, how soft it is!  Seriously, just reaching your arm down into it is a smooth, silky treat! ;P
