My house has terrible lighting, and it's raining outside, so forgive the darkish photo. This is my lovely package from thanate.  She made me a TM patch with one of my fav sayings for this year. The border looks gray, but it's a pretty light purple. She also made me an extra patch.

Thanks so much Ann.

I am horrid at keeping up with the gallery but it is fab and I received from Sarasmile yesterday and I am in so much love!  I suffer from depression and anxiety and this gallery and all the wonderfulness has been a huge bump to my soul. I will post pics asap.

Since all my partners have received & the Machine Embroidery board hadn't had anything posted since a month before I got my machine, I just posted my pictures from this swap to a thread there, in case anyone's interested: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=454294.0

Would anyone be interested in a similar style of swap that's based on little good things/little things that make us happy?

All the embroidery is really lovely, hand stitching and by machine. I realize how much I really do love that craft. I think it's so versatile and beautiful.

thanate, there is another round of happy mail starting up as well as the rainbow/sunshine swap. It looks like people are wanting positive vibes in abundance right now. Post in the new swap ideas section and see who's interested Smiley.

You guys, I got *the* coolest thing from PerfectlyBohemian, oh my gosh. Talk about thinking outside the box! It is all good things, felted (the butterfly backing is cut from a sweater even), scrappy, upcycled, rusty fabric, a monarch (I LOVE them, did you stalk that out of me?), and orange. The colour of creative expression. It is very high on my list of favourites.

Lovely monarch caterpillar and chrysalis.

The butterfly with wings spread extra wide, as if to embrace life in all it's glory.
I can't capture it's loveliness completely, you will just have to believe me when I tell you these photos in no way do justice.

And the messages. It looks like she could not decide which of my pins to use and which to discard so she picked the best 4 and used them ALL. Brilliant.

A close up of the delicate felting and beading.

As I was posting this a message came from her that she was feeling nervous about my liking it. I'm sorry to laugh at your trepidation sweetie but I honestly did LOL Cheesy As if I would not love it completely. AS IF! Cheesy It will live in my craft room where all the best vibes are. Thank you so much Smiley.

That butterfly... :swoon:

I received today from jenleahlynn and boy...  it knocked my socks off.  Shocked

I cant get over all the different textures and details.  I particularly love the centerpiece roset.  This is a true work of art - thank you so very much.
