I stitched this up while watching Sound of Music last night. It is the first time I have tried something like this and I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out.

Another cool technique to try!  Is part of the face stuffed as well?  It looks very 3-D...love it, kittykill...you have a lot of fun creating such cute hoops!
