CraftADDchick I think cinnamon candies dissolved in water could taste pretty amazing in the jello, if you try it let me know how it goes. I adore cinnamon.

Next time I hit the grocery store, Ill look for what I need. Did you just make regular jello, or did you use less liquid to make the jello more solid?

I used
1 cup Apple cider (boiled)
3- 3oz packets of peach flavored jello
1 cup whisky (added after the jello was dissolved)

I had a hard time dissolving all of the powder, I probably could have added another 1/4-1/2 cup of cider & still kept it firm enough to cut.

Prompt: Big Time #1
Team: Textbook
Bonus Points: Community, Meme, EPIC!
Project Name: Goal Book, 2018 Edition!
Project Link: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=454067.0
Brief Description: Yeah, it's back, the ridiculously optimistic goal book, now chubbing out at over 200 pages!  Slight twist on the old format, but still a billion pages of writing and drawing.  Okay, not a billion, but a lot!  Tons of information and pictures in the link.

There is a tracking update available in the discussion thread.

I apologize that it took me a while to catch up on tracking. Things have been a little hectic in the SBC/QueenHobo household. Things have finally calmed down. I'll try to be more on top of tracking now. Smiley

Prompt:  January Battle Royale - Les Miserables
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points: Meme
Project Name: Choco Date Cookies
Project Link:
Brief Description: These are a standard peanut butter chocolate chip cookie recipe with added dates, coconut and more peanut butter. I didn't like the regular sugar recipe.
Project Picture:

From Valjean's Soliloquy,

"When they chained me and left me for dead
Just for stealing a mouthful of bread"

then

"Turn your heart into stone!"

suggesting the baker's stone, as in the heart may be stone but still changeable. And yes...

"One word from him and I'd be back"

Bread, schmread. I have cookies. I will be back in the kitchen every other minute until they are gone. Honey Boo Boo appreciates cookies too.

Prompt:  January Challenge - Phantom of the Opera
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points: Meme
Project Name: Hello Kitty Frosted Cookies
Project Link:
Brief Description: Hello Kitty has a hidden face, like the Phantom. These disappear so quickly I didn't bother with detailed frosting. I nearly missed getting a picture. Wonka would have delightfully decorated cookies. They are a fancy butter shortbread with butter cream.

Ok... I know I haven't posted in the Fall Battles, and have yet to post anything in the Winter Battles... but here it goes...

My *ongoing* Research Project is going nowhere, and I was about to ask LovelyMiss to change it to my new one and then I read that we can have up to 3 projects!! YAY! *mumbles* wonder when that changed... or how it escaped me in the past??!!.

Anyway... here it goes...

Research Project Name: Solar System Throw
Team: Multimedia
Brief Description: I'm planning on following the Solar System CAL from TwoHeartsCrochet. It's a 12 week CAL for a circular throw that includes a "base" blanket in blue and grey rows with appliqued planets, science items (like the ISS) and fandom items (TARDIS anyone?!?!). The CAL officially finishes end of March. I will see how long I will take finishing it but it's definitely a Research-sized project (it's projected to be 48" diameter).

Hoping for my Research Approval.
