Hi! I'm Ann.  I'm in Maryland, and welcome things for me, my 4-1/2 year old daughter, or the wildlife in our garden.  My favorite colors are green & earth tones, my child's is PINK!!! but we're happy with other things, too. Smiley  Also, we prefer recycled content or thrifted supplies over new manufacture.

We do a non-religious Christmas celebration; I like snow, winter, & solstice holiday of winter lights; my child is fond of presents, decorating, & Santa (ugh...)  We may open any swap things on the solstice to reduce the Xmas chaos.  (Any gift tags for my daughter can read "Megatherium.")

I'm allergic to tobacco, so please don't send us anything indoor & unwashable if you have smokers in your house.

Pinterest board here: https://www.pinterest.com/interfacemasque/swap-ideas/ (feel free to snoop around the other boards for inspiration, but this the crafty wishlist one.)

Etsy supplies list: https://www.etsy.com/people/thanate/favorites/supplies (a lot of this is hand carved stamps & patches, so totally craftable)

*Roosting boxes for songbirds to hang out in in the winter (guidelines: https://www.allaboutbirds.org/attract-birds-with-roost-boxes/)

*Fairy Garden furniture & accessories! We have one small fairy garden in more-or-less 1/12 scale, but my child would be completely happy with doll-sized furniture to set about in plant pots, or with fairies turning up in the garden, or probably most anything else.  Smiley  I prefer no garden gnomes or fly agaric (the red polka-dot mushrooms which in real life are super poisonous)  My child would like a fairy tea party, a swing set, & a wishing well.

*a set of story stones (see pinterest for some I like)

*Doll clothes!  We have old-style Barbies & Ken, Hasbro Disney princesses, a barbie-sized Superhero Girl, a My Friend Jenny, a Baby Alive, & a full-sized poppet, any of whom would be happy to have wardrobe additions.  (Also, cloth diapers & a waterproof wrapper for the Baby Alive would be awesome!)

*simple, reusable building kits: things like pop beads or a bunch of colored popsicle sticks with velcro dots on the ends.  Bonus points for something that can live in its own little bag or box & travel easily.

*something Paleoart-themed (see pin board:https://www.pinterest.com/interfacemasque/doggerland-paleoart/)

*Oak leaf accessories-- there are a bunch on pinterest.  I can't wear earrings, but other jewelry or things on bobby pins/with jump rings to attach to something is great.  Favorite oak is Quercus Alba (white oak-- rounded leaf tips, uneven lobes)

*Midori-style, regular size:
--inserts made out of recycled paper (why is this hard to find??-- reused paper from the back of old notebooks or whatever is fine, too, if you're binding your own)
--pencil pouch
--folder for loose papers

*UNSCENTED eco-friendly candles.  (soy wax, beeswax, recycled parafin)

*Machine or hand-embroidered patches with nature things, labyrinths, or other motifs (see pinterest or etsy favorites for ideas) ETA-- my husband just got me a 4x4" embroidery machine, so while other people's work is still awesome, a gift certificate to Urban Threads or your other favorite embroidery pattern shop would be great, too.

*reusable snack and/or sandwich bags—we prefer zippered ones to fold over

If anybody wants Girl Scout Cookies (we have Lemonades!) pm me for our direct-ship link! Wink

Ugh, it's like Thanos, ok?  the long E is the feminine ending.  (Also, I prefer *not* to destroy the universe when possible.) Thann-uh-tay, no "nate"

Hi!  Im Alicia! Im a polymer chemist currently living in Pittsburgh, PA.  I live with my fiance and our two cats.  We celebrate secular Christmas more or less.

Likes:  lots of color! (especially blues), argyle, sciencey things (chemistry especially of course), using old, unloved things to make new, useful ones, wolves, daffodils, video games (I love Luigi and Pokemon), books (fantasy FTW), and tabletop RPGs (World of Darkness specifically)
Dislikes:  Super pink and cutesy or death/goth things.  Also, the color orange (its fine in small amounts, just dont generally like it as the main color).
No allergies here!

Anything from my pinterest www.pinterest.com/fishstix43would be loved. Crafts for DJ is the board for my fiance - he has gotten some great things from Craftster in the past, and theyre always appreciated! (Yarnies - there is also a board called Amigurumi patterns that is technically for me, but contains more than I will ever make on my own - feel free to pick from there too!)

Homemade lotions/body butters- I have eczema, so anything with dry skin love would be great (please no soap though, full up on that at the moment!).

Tie-dyed anything, especially clothing.  I would wear the crap out of just some basic tie dye t-shirts, especially the classic rainbow spiral design.

Alice in Wonderland themed kitchen towels or potholders.

Tree of life pendant

A shadowbox with a mash up of the Hufflepuff and Slytherin house crests that can be used to display our two wands - we got engaged at Universal Studios in front of Hogwarts, so they are special to us.

Resin pendants - no bugs, but just about anything else that Ive seen put in resin would be cool.  Magnets or pins would work too, instead of a pendant.

Pajamas!  I could use:
Flannel PJ pants - plaid would be extra awesome, and Id prefer drawstring over elastic waist.
Sleep shirts - all cotton if possible
A short sleeve robe - cotton again or something silky

Hip bag (the kind without the lower leg strap) - examples on pinterest

Polymer clay food charms - I think these are absolutely adorable.

Interesting minis that would fit in a 2x2 box, based on any of my themes (or what you like to make).  I have a display shelf that has a lot of these small spaces free and Id love to fill it up!

Wedding decorations!  I am getting married in April and we haven't done much in the way of decorations yet, so we could definitely use some bits and pieces like bunting or small votive holders, maybe some paper lantern type things...basically if you make it, we would find a way to use it.  Our colors are emerald green and royal purple. Smiley

Craft Supplies

My craft of choice at the moment is knitting, and I would be over the moon about anything related really, but a couple specific things:
A circular needle case - I pinned one that Knitpicks sells, but any kind would be good
Pattern wallet for printed out patterns
Yarn! Obviously.  Especially sock or laceweight yarns - the brighter, the better!

Purse making supplies!
PDF patterns from Swoon Patterns (Amber, Nora, Rosie, Sadie, or  Stella) or Blue Calla Patterns (Lotus or Snowdrop)
Hardware:  Purse feet, square connector rings, swivel hooks, unique zippers, turn locks
Wonder clips

Safety eyes/noses for making amigurumi!  I would love something like this big set from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XGXRVP1/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I1KZMOOBNA6U8Q&colid=2BAJW8OP4P6WK
Paint pens/PITT pens/small Sharpies - basically anything that you think will draw well over mixed media

Student grade mixed media or watercolor paper

Any garment sewing magazines, especially Threads and BurdaStyle/Burda World of Fashion - dont have to be current

Iron on interfacing - knit or woven.  Anything from featherweight all the way up to Peltex.  I probably use Pellon SF101 the most.

My name is Linda. I got my username from my hubby, Jim, because I am always in my room! Grin. Why not?  It has a computer, a tv, sewing machine, embroidery machine, fabrics, yarns...why would I leave?  I even eat there most evenings since Jim works at night.

Anyway, I live near Hershey, PA. Of course, the entire town gets so overly decorated for the holidays, but I secretly love it!  I am not at all religious, but I am spiritual and believe in the kindness and goodness of people, especially this time of year. We decorate our home for the holidays because we have family that includes young kiddos, and we want them to experience the joys of the season as we did when we were their age!

I also do a lot more charity work this time of year. Jim and I are lucky to have a warm home, food, and lots of love from family and friends. I have found that people appreciate a handmade item because it means so much more that another human is thinking of them.

I am also a practical person. I like things that are lovely and useful whenever possible. Part of me is also frivolous...so, I often request things that have no purpose other than make me smile or admire the object.

On to my wishes:

1. I have a new fireplace mantel. It is about six feet across.  I would love a bunting to hang during the holidays.  I would prefer that it was long lasting and able to take storing from year to year and little kids touching it, so fabric would be best.  I like traditional colors of red, green, silver, gold, etc. Nothing too formal...and if it were "artsy", I would really love it!

2. I sew but never seem to have time for myself. I desperately want some microwave fabric bowls!  I need lots since I do not cook and often spend time reheating take out or leftovers from when hubby cooks!  Any fabric, and bonus if they are food related!

3. Notecards...I am a big snail mail fan and would love notecards of your art, inspiring words, crazy stuff (adult themes are fine since most of my correspondence are with other deranged adults...).

4.  Fabric pages or prayer flags...my fabric book is 4x6 with a need for at least 1/2" on the left side...if smaller, I mount to the correct size before binding.  Larger sizes are used to make notebook covers or other gifts...again, I collect fabric pages for making gifts and things for others, so do what you love!

5. Red, white or blue fabrics...I make quilts for our local fire department and also for Wounded Warriors so any size scrap is welcomed!  I prefer scraps, as a matter of fact, just so I can include a lot of fabrics without waste and stashing leftovers...I would say anything larger than a fat quarter is way too much...

6. Fleece items. I really don't like sewing fleece but I love fleece items. Ninnies, cat blankets, dog toys, etc.

7. Embroidered items. I am not that great at traditional embroidery. I do love it!  I like snarky and also anything coffee-related. My dream kitchen is going to have a coffee bar with one wall of nothing but coffee related hoops!  I already have the chemical symbol of coffee, and some gorgeous cups of coffee, so anything goes!  I will post what I have already to my pinterest in case anyone picks this one.

8. I love to pass out random handmade things to people in our area. Things they seem to like are pouches, hats, chapstick holders, small art pieces, etc. I put a tag on them and link them to my email and sometimes I get a reply!

9. Garden decor...I do fairy gardens for the kids/students and prefer colorful, fun things to hang or hide among the plants. Little birdhouses, plates, stones, frogs, etc. Nothing too "tacky"...not true...I love tacky! ha ha

I am kind of using this swap to give or get things you made but no longer love or have a use for...someone would love it! So, gently used items would be appreciated as well.

I will continue to add to my list, but I have nothing too specific now.

Hi! Im Jenn and I live in Texas. I adore all things nerdy, but especially Harry Potter and Doctor Who. Im a writer so books and writing related things are definitely high on my obsession list and I have major craft ADD so Im always willing to try new crafts - thus starter kits are an awesome and beautiful thing. Favorite themes include: hedgehogs, foxes, kitsune, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, writing, books, reading. I like most colors, but bright jewel tones, blues and greens are my favorites. Orange and I are not friends. Im also not a huge fan of busy patterns. I have two kiddos, a 7-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl and would love crafty items for them or my mom - in fact, those are top of my wishlist!  We celebrate Christmas and have several Christmas trees. Both my kids are seriously health challenged so no crafts from households where someone smokes or a household with anyone who has Cystic Fibrosis.

Pokemon art or items for my son (https://www.pinterest.com/tapestrymlp/joshua/)
Anime inspired art or items for my daughter (Sword Art Online, Bleach, Fruit Basket, and Fairytale are some of her favorites)
Heres her Pinterest board - but she took it over not long ago and now its 99% memes and anime art, but you can see what she likes Cheesy
Miraculous Ladybug inspired art or items for my daughter
Harry potter baubles for my bookcase
Cute dragon t-shirt in 2XL for my mom
Dragon figures or art for my mom (https://www.pinterest.com/tapestrymlp/for-mom/)
Teesha Moore writing/book inspired patches
Recipe cards (preferably with a cute animal or design on them Cheesy)
Blank notecards w/a cute design on front (themes I LOVE: hedgehogs, foxes, kitsune, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, writing, books, reading)
I also really adore these notecards if someone wants to make something similar: https://www.etsy.com/listing/478212985/greeting-card-stationery-all-occasion
reusable paper towels
Small cloth hankies/tissues
Harry Potter ornament for my xmas tree
A Maleficent necklace like this, but with purple not green: https://www.etsy.com/listing/238795578/maleficent-in-forest-round-bronze?show_sold_out_detail=1

Anything from these two Pinterest boards:

beads (not seed beads, but interesting beads in all colors, shapes)
stamps (prefer words or sayings, patterns, woodland animals)
stamp pads (any color)
Writing or book related fabric
Harry Potter Fabric
old issues of Cloth, Paper, Scissors Magazine

Im Jen from the mitten (Michigan). This is my first time doing a swap like this and I'm really excited. My husband and I celebrate a non-religious Christmas together with our 2 kitties and our families. We dont decorate a ton so non-Christmas themed items would be best. My mom however loves Christmas and usually goes all out. So she loves pandas, Tinkerbell and lighthouses and would probably love anything with regular or Christmas themed of those. I am a writer/aspiring author and my husband is an artist and musician. He is allergic to wool and lanolin. I am allergic to bananas and bandaid adhesive. Also on a side note I am terrified of ladybugs so please nothing with them. Haha I also teach in a local elementary so I often donate supplies/hat/mittens to the school. If I think of anything else I will add it in later. Smiley
