Yeah, that's mine. I got in the Asheville white elephant gift exchange and believe me when I say NOBODY even dared to try and steal it away from me.

I totally would have if I didn't literally have one in progress in my lap at the time Wink It is SO cool to see the finished piece though. Also it was so crazy that everyone pulled something that seemed to suit them!

The weekend was so fun that this is as far as I got:

LOL.  CLM, can I say something weird?  I almost felt bad that you got my shawl, not because I wasn't happy for it to go to you, but rather than if I had KNOWN I was crafting for you, I would have gone with a much brighter color palette.  I purposely chose the black/white/grey neutrals, since I know so many other folks would have found that more helpful to match with their wardrobes.  But yeah, for you I would have gone full rainbow.   Cheesy

I can't wait to see your finished piece rhinoceroses!  I bought 3 skeins of #4 weight yarn at Earth Guild, that's mostly black, but with patches of peacock blue, emerald green, and magenta.  I'm considering doing another of the dragon wing pattern with it.  Cheesy

Nope. No way. I made a rainbow shawl myself. Yours is the perfect thing for me Smiley.

Hi there! I thought I'd post the shawl I just finished working on. It's the Lost in Time Shawl (I saw you already have the link on the first page) and I did it in Lion Brand's Shawl in a Cake yarn in the color scheme of Opal. I made it for my kiddo who has been begging for a shawl of her own for ages. Smiley
