Another journal, another post and as always, starring my left pointer finger. Seriously, can a sister get a binder clip?

This is a Flow-ish journal - inspired by Flow magazine. It is a Dutch magazine (printed in English, too!) that is crafty, house-y, and life-style-y. They also print a Flow for Paper Lovers - a thick book with all kinds of goodies that you are encouraged to rip out and use in your own projects. This has inspired folks to make these for their crafty friends so here is the first one I have made.

The cover should be a repurposed item - I used a a cookie box. I painted the plain side of the box and kept the printed side as is.

The pages are not bound in - I used file bands - aka giant rubber bands. You fill it with everything we use in the junk journals - all kinds of paper. The receiver can pull out stuff to use. Similar to the paper destash swaps - this is just a different delivery system.

It certainly has a lot of goodies, really love the first page, so bright and cheerful. Great job.

I love the warm fall colors on the flowers,.  It looks like a needlepoint print.

Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
