Hello,

just wanted to share my latest project:

I used plywood, water paint and transparent Lacquer.

The table itself is made from 2 discs of thin plywood, connected with a small piece of wooden curtain rod.

All the best, Inkblob.

That's so cute, I like how the different types of wood give the cake layers. Yum yum yum!

Great looking cake/slices and the circular table is nice too.  Did you permanently glue the cake to the plywood plates, or are they just resting on them?

I don't own any, but Playmobil makes some great figures and playsets!

Hello,
and thank you for the warm welcome on craftster.org.

No, i did not glue them on  the table, so we can use the table for a lot of other things to!

As i also made some sausage on a cutting board, i am now well set for the next tea party!
This one is made of a single wooden dowel, which i simply sanded a bit down, to reduce the grooves, this give a little bot more organic look.
After that i cut off 2 slices, glued them down and painted & srayed the whole thing!

Since you only put up the links, I took the liberty of posting your photos:

Both the wooden cutting board and sausage looks great (love them little "embedded" white chunks).

And your daughter is right, toys are always hungry!
