Jeans and towels, sadly, are always in the dryer. Had to run the dryer today, because of the rain. I love the smell of line dried sheets. But, yes, I am allergic to all the grasses and trees in my rural backyard...so much so, I've been taking allergy shots. I'm not sure if it's working, but we'll see.

My partner shipped and I received several days ago but life got crazy.  My father had a medical emergency which luckily turned into a minor tempest in a teacup sort of thing but took me out of town unexpectedly.  Now I'm back and have finally opened my package.  I was totally spoiled!!

Here's a photo of it all:

Thimbles71 made me some awesome pouches to help me in my endless quest to organize:
a Ruth Bader Ginsberg pouch with this quote on the other side

and a sweet "impale the patriarchy" one

inside I found some cute figures of Hilary and Michelle and fabulous magnets!

But Thimbles71 didn't stop there!  She made me not one, but two gorgeous mini quilts!!!
first the Michelle Obama one

the quote says "Courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of it's own."  So uplifiting!

and a beautiful Power to the Women mini quilt.  I love this symbol!

Most of the magnet are going to work with me where they can help "corrupt" young minds at the university I work in.  Perhaps one of the mini quilts would look good by my desk too!

Now to feverishly finish crafting my own package and hopefully get it in the mail on time!!  I think I can!  I think I can!

Thank you so much Thimbles71!!!!!!!  I apologize for the delay but your package was a wonderful surprise after a busy long weekend!!!  You brought smiles and delight to a rather tired woman and left me feeling so good about our community of enlightened and crafty women!!!

Wowzers! So much spoilage going on! I love all of the TM patches going on. And the mini quilts are AH-MAZE-ING! Love the narwhal pouch especially.

I received from Mistress Jennie! OMG! You guys! She totally spoiled me!

It was all wrapped up in beautiful black paper with hot pink yarn. Sorry, no pic-I just started ripping!

The most awesome Frida shirt in my two favorite colors! I will see if I can get an action shot later today.

And the back of the shirt:

A totebag that is just perfect for me. Of course I need my tea before bringing down the system.

JEWELRY! I wore the bracelets today. I love the chi chi charm. My two chi pups help fight the man.
The necklace is TO DIE FOR!!!!!!! Seriously! It is the most awesome necklace ever! So epic!

A girl needs her strength. Cookies, gummi bears and tea will satisfy my hunger and give me the rush I need. This beautiful card/print is so me! I love Day of the Dead and Mexican art work. As self care, I kept the gummies all to myself.  Cheesy I am using the yummy soap now. It is so fab!

Thank you SO much! Everything is so me and just too perfect for words!
