I've been tuning up our 2nd floor balcony, including refinishing a side table. Between that hard work and the glass top on the bistro table, I decided coasters were necessitated.  Roll Eyes

ALL MATERIALS CAME FROM STASH! Coaster blanks, topped with sealed scrapbook paper, with cork on the bottom.

Here they are on the refinished table.

When not in use they'll be stored with a few other balcony necessities in an old mailbox that I repainted for this purpose.

Jealous‎ MistressT! Wish I had an outdoor space to glam up! I like your mailbox storage. Did you seal your coasters with something?

They look very modern and stylish.
And they go well with your patio furniture.
Great job!

Thanks, y'all!

They're sealed with outdoor Mod Podge. Well the paper and the bottoms where the cork doesn't cover are sealed.

Thanks! It was surprisingly hard to find even a new mailbox in this style! Of course, given the ruralness of where I live, it makes sense that these kind would be rare, but it didn't occur to me!
