She was originally supposed to end up as the Norse goddess Frigga, but then I ran out of the coffee-dyed yarn and had to switch to green, ran out of that and finished with a multi-colored yarn. Now she looks more like a Mother Earth-type to me. So it goes.

Sorry, she still needs clothes, but who knows when I'll get around to that, lol. She was just an experiment, one of those hey-I-saw-that-on-Pinerest kind of whims. I had almost all the materials on hand from a micro-BJD I did last year, so that helped.

Her face is done in watercolor pencils and pastels, and a bit of acrylic paint. Her hair is handspun wool, some dyed with coffee and some with food coloring.

Here are the tutorials I watched:

Very cool transformation of Draculaura, and I absolutely love yarn hair on dolls.  I think the unclad look goes well with the Mother Earth goddess archtype.  Maybe you could make some vines out of pipe cleaners and/or twist ties and twine those around her body?

Lovely! <3
And yes, skyclad works well for a Mother Goddess!
