crafty-becky I love the style of all the patches you made but especially that first one. There is so much going on there and every bit of it is awesome. The stitched edges are so tiny and delicate, I'm looking at the seahorse and seaweed, is it blanket stitch? Beautiful!

JoyfulClover same, love each patch you made. The first one is amazing, it looks like the sewing machine is embroidering all that lovely cross stitch. Just wow all the stitches on the frog and seahorse and the doubley edging looks so great.

Yay! That's what I wanted it to look like! But I should have used a thread of line or green like where the needle is near, so the color of the spool doesn't match. But quaggy has a lot of aqua pinned, so I chose that instead.

This patch was my favourite! I am thinking of making one for me!

quaggy: I'm so happy you liked your patches. The frog came from some fabric I have had for awhile. I'm happy you like the vintage patch,  I couldn't seem to leave any blank spaces...lol.

Joyful Clover: Thank you! I so appreciate your kind words!

Sharalee: Thank you also!

craftylittlemonkey: Thank you! I wasn't sure if I should put all those things on the vintage patch but, too many blank spots! On the seahorse and seaweed, I just did little straight stitches around the edges to help keep them attached.

JoyfulClover, it IS funny that we chose the same topics for our patches.  I really like how you used a vintage sewing machine with the flowers coming from it. And the button for the wheel-thingy.  All your patches are just wonderful!

Those are just awesome! I am not sure which might be my favorite. The seahorse or the sewing machine? All of them are just great!

Wow JC! So awesome! My favorite has to be the skull balloon; but the others are pretty great too. I love how you incorporated the flowers into the embroidery so they seem to be organic to the piece.
