We've been on a spring cleaning binge for the past week or two and came across this print in our attic.  It was something our family inherited but isn't really our style.  I did a little research on it to determine if it has any value and came up empty.  We didn't want to get rid of it and didn't want it hanging in our living room.  I decided to figure out a way to improve it without damaging it just in case it is valuable.

Here's what I came up with.  Grin  The dragon is an image cut from paper and is just laid on top of the print, not glued.  The frame holds it in place.  Now it's truly something we're happy to display.

I have seen many pieces of art "modified" like this to make it more fun and interesting.  Nice job! Love your idea!

Simple, but cool, and a good way to spice the painting up without harming the original artwork.  I hate when dragons burn down my barns, hay is so flammable.

my barn has a dragon-proof metal roof.  Costs more, but the peace of mind is worth it.

lovely re-arting!
