Ever wish you had the perfect man? What would he be like? Perhaps a little like the perfect men in this perfect little book. Well, it's not actually a book; it's a secret drawer atc holder.

I was lucky enough to find the perfect scrapbook paper for the pages of the "book". It almost looks like real pages. I used stripey scrapbook paper for the front and back cover of the book, and painted the inside of the cover and the secret drawer with paint I mixed to match the color of the stripes. Ink from an almost-dried up ink pad was applied with a stiff brush for a little distressing.

Here you can see the secret drawer, opened and filled with ATCs. The red ribbon is attached to the bottom of the box, which makes it easier to remove the cards.

To access the cards, you just lift up on that ribbon and they pop right out.

Here are the ATCs that fill the box. Each with a perfect man saying just what I'd like to hear. I had so much fun going through my collage sheets finding perfect men and imagining what sort of things they might say. Here are all my perfect guys together. #1 is the ultimate perfect guy for me; that's actually my husband, saying "Here, let me bring you a drink." I added the hat to the photo so he fit in with a few of the other fellows.

I have a few other/larger photos on the blog, but I think this gives you a pretty good overview. I really love this little drawer book. After the April change of Craftster to a circus theme, I'm wanting to do a circus edition!

Bahahaaaaa! What a fun and funny project! Perhaps the most perfect part of all of these men is that you just stack them in a drawer whenever you want!

I love this idea - and all your perfect men. I think I'd just draw one from the deck each day, for my Daily Perfect Man.  Cheesy

I LOVE this!  I set your picture as my desktop wallpaper, to give my husband some pointers.

I would add a couple more:
"You look lovely.  Have you lost weight?"
and my favorite:
"Happy Wife, Happy Life!"
