Oh yeah, right. Of course it would be crazy huge & repetative. That was a good solution last time Smiley.

We did just post our own cards..I forgot how we did it, though, so as not to spoil the surprise for all that did not receive...did we wait until everyone received?

I remember we kept track of who had received in our own posts by changing font colour or striking through & when at least a majority had gotten to their destinations we posted pictures of what we'd sent.
We reserved a spot in the gallery like you do for sts or a craft-along, that way future comments & chatting were later posts & photos were all on the first couple pages.
It worked out great & it was not too complicated. Super fun as well, I loved it so much!

I am REALLY tempted on this one. I want to do it but my next month is totally up in the air, hinging on one phone call I might receive. Hmmm. Do I join and try to get ahead of the game by starting to craft now? Decisions...

Yes, when I set up the gallery next week, each of the swappers will claim a space, copy the list of card traders and keep track of their own list. You can post a photo of your own cards (and some process pics, if you take some) after everyone has received.

Last time, you sent a PM to the organizers each time you received - I'm still thinking that one over. That's A LOT of messages.
If we hit 24 swappers and BigBangMomma has to cohost, then the PM's will be halved. So still thinking about this one.

At the end, or near the end of the swap, you can post a photo of all you have received - in a box, or album or however you are collecting them.

"Smmarrt" didn't we post our own Trading Card pic towards the end after most people received them? We can post all our Trading Card pics we have received too. It's so fun. I've started a little. I pick the pic I want, now I need to figure what fun facts to put on the back & how to decorate  it. Also maybe make the envelopes. So I'm having fun! 😎💖

I'm willing to keep track of who I've received from & who has received from me in my gallery post by changing colour of the font or whatever if it's helpful for the organizers. We'll have the list of who is sending to us, it will be easy to tick their names off as all that lovely, happy mail starts arriving. Oh, I am SO excited! It was such a great swap last time, the best!
