(Moderator, if this is in the wrong category, you have permission to move)

Kwik Sew 3526, as always.
The main bag body is made from a Table Cloth. (Bought new, and hasn't been used as a tablecloth)
The band and handles are a new, fashion fabric, the interior is a plain broadcloth. Down on the bottom is an elastic, in order to hold it when rolled.

All in all, I think it turned out quite good. (I'm not sure if it's "me", but, I'll see.)

What do you think, Craftsters and guests?

Those fabrics complement each other quite nicely! And I like the way you can roll it up when not in use.

Thank you: I often add an elastic for that reason.

I thought that it would turn out well, but it did exceed my expectations. (My daughter told me it was, "very spring-y". And it is.)

Way fancier than the roll up bags I carry in my purse. I use them almost every time I go out, they are super handy. Nicely done Smiley.

Thank you, craftylittlemonkey.
I think carrying a reusable bag is a great idea.
I carry reusable bags everywhere simply because of allergies (ridiculously allergic to plastic.)
I'm glad that reusable bags are becoming more usual than even a decade ago.
I think ALL businesses ought encourage use of reusable bags.

Even though I don't mind the bag, I'm sending it to a friend. I promised her last fall I'd make and send a bag.

My friend, Carol, just called. She has received the package, and is totally thrilled with this bag! I'm so glad! I thought maybe she might not mind it, but wasn't really expecting her enthusiasm for it.
Similar to Bunny1kenobi, my friend likes that it rolls up. And, Carol likes the fabrics.

I am so pleased!
