My daughter and I discovered a new show a few months ago called Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. Ladybug is a strong female lead, which is great for my daughter. She turns five this weekend, so when I found a cute image of Ladybug and Cat Noir, I decided to paint it for her.

Here is my finished painting:

This is what I drew before I began to paint:

Here is the original image I used:

She'll see it when she opens gifts at her party this Saturday. I can't wait to see her reaction!

Great job on your painting; you captured Ladybug & Cat Noir perfectly!  I haven't watched the show, but I've read several reviews of the dolls/figures, so, I'm familiar with the characters from that perspective (are any of those among your daughter's birthday gifts? Wink).

Thank you! I've just started painting and I'm really enjoying it. She got a Ladybug action figure for Christmas and a pair of Jammie's Smiley she has a gift card for Walmart and she wants to use that to get the Cat Noir action figure
