I got 99 problems, but a stitch ain't one.

For the Geezer swap Kbrison wanted a totebag with a snarky saying on it. She also loves flowers so I decided to mix sweet with sour.  Cheesy

close up of the stitching.

The entire totebag

nice work!!  Haven't stitched on anything like a bag or sweater yet...how do you keep the back portion of the bag (or the other side of the bag??) from getting in the way of your stitching?  do you tie it, or clip it in some way?

Thanks everyone!

I usually just hold the material back. I stick my hand in the bag to keep it separated. There have been times where I have sewn the straps to the bag before.  Cheesy
