This was my first try at making a quilt out of my son's t-shirts. He's 19 now and I've saved some of his fave shirts since he was 4yrs old. In the middle of the quilt I put his pooh blanket which he was so excited to see he exclaimed "My Pooh!" when he opened it Christmas morning. I also added our late dogs scarf and a piece of his towel (they grew up together).

Very cool; I like looking at these trying to get a feel for the recipient's tastes/personality based on their T-shirt choices.  And it's very touching you incorporated his childhood Pooh blanket into the center!  The Nightmare Before Christmas B&W Jack Skellington is my favorite block out of the group.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

It's wonderful, I love it! How excellent to see how much your young man likes it. I've made them for my younger kids, I hope they'll appreciate them into their teens too Smiley.

I love all the geekdoms evident in his shirts! And he looks so happy all wrapped up in it! Smiley
