I made these roll pillows (my own design) for our living room.
I used an old bedsheet for the inside pillow, 2cm thick foam for filling, and curtain fabric samples for the outside.

As you can see, the free curtain fabric samples are a perfect color match for our living room. (Only one of the walls is a bright red. The others are taupe.)

Their length is 40 cm and their diameter is 14 cm.
If you want to make your own: the rectangular part should measure 40 x 45 cm.
Close the large part first.
Make sure to leave a large opening so you can get the stuffing in.
In my case the stuffing was a roll of foam (2 cm thick, 40 cm wide, 90 cm long).
I left an opening of 30 cm. So I just sewed 5 cm on each side.
Then sew on the side circles.
For sturdiness I sewed all seams twice.
Then turn the right side out and insert the stuffing.
I closed the opening by hand stitching (invisible stitches for the outside cover).

Tip: make sure you use soft foam. My pillows turned out too hard and I had to cut them back open and fill them with a softer material.

I have two inner pillows left, for another room, that I'll probably cover with recycled jeans.
Edited to add on March 25: here they are: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=451948

I hope you like them.

Happy Holidays!

There's not much in this world that can't be improved by either chocolate, bacon or glitter.

Those are simple in appearance but super stylish!  And here I've been living my entire life with boring square and rectangular pillows when I could have been resting my melon on cylinders  . . .  The colors/pattern you chose have a very cool Japanesque feel to them to me too.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Thanks, TheMistressT, Patraw and pottermouth!

And pottermouth, thank you for teaching me their proper English name: bolster pillows.
