I made this pouch for bunny1kenobi in the nerd swap. 
(the bottom picture shows the lining fabric)

The design is really cool. Choosing different colors of felt add a nice depth to the applique. Did I mention this is cool?

Nice heraldry-like depiction of the fantastical beast!  The layered felt anatomy looks fab. The lining is cool too--given the gryphon exterior, said horsey makes me think of hippogriffs.
