Neon Lion Afghan; pattern by Judy Calevro Masell.  Pattern can be found here: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/neon-lion 



Using a 5mm/H hook this piece was crocheted using Red Heart Comfort and Super Saver as well as some Bernat yarn. This afghan measures five feet across and four  feet long.  In the photos, I posted some photos of the back as well as the front so you can get an idea of the many ends that need to be weaved in. (I spent 11 hours just weaving ends!) I also added a finished photo of the back to show that it looks just as lovely on both sides when completed. Although I nergasam all over your other completed works, this is probably one of my favorites. As a knitter (and less than part-time hooker), I super admire your handwork. I love the progress shots and photo before weaving in. The black background is superb.

Yeahhhhhh,  I covet the heck outta this.

That is the most amazing thing I've ever seen!  And typically I LOVE weaving in ends but ELEVEN HOURS!?!  Even my patience would wear thin with that.
