Hi all!  I'm doing applique on a quilt for the first time and found several tutorials on how to do it, but none of them cover what to do once you've sewn  the applique on.  Do I tear away all the stabilizer?  Even the stuff on the inside of the shape?  Or do I just tear away the stuff on the outside?  When I'm tearing it away do I want to get the stuff under the stitches or try to leave it?  Thanks!

When I remember to use stabilizer.  I tear it all off. Outside and inside the shape . But not under the stitches. Smiley
