I've been coveting the Watercolor Stencil Portrait + TUTORIAL Basically since it was first posted.

Fast forward to this summer, and my youngest brother was getting married and i wanted to do something special for him.

so i took the post card from his save the date:

and followed this tute.

i wanted there to be more detail do used the poster detail filter in Photoshop. 


the then used a brush for the larger areas and a toothpick do get the fine details



then i went to town with some water colors(with the help of my 2 yr old)


and when it was dry peeled the masking off and there was this:


I put it in the mail this morning. I hope they like it.
