After collecting a little dusk, I finally stitched this Shakespeare cushion kit by Sheena Rogers. I plan on framing it and hanging it in the classroom. It was a really fun and solid stitched design. The design includes all kinds of neat things related to Shakespeare: Hamlet's skull, Romeo and Juliet, the Globe, Stratford upon Avon, a crown, quilts . . . all kinds of fun things.

I made three Lizzie Kate designs: Live, Laugh, and Laugh, stitched on hand-dyed evenweave. I stitched the yellow for myself and the other two for friends. I like having the same designs in our homes. Lizzie Kate designs are fun, quick, and normally contain meaningful and/or inspirational quotes.

I also finished a couple of Dimensions kits: Dream and The Ugly Duckling. These are my favorites. The child's silhouette makes me think of my own little boys. Looking forward to having them both framed and matted.

I also finished a free kit from The World of Cross Stitching magazine, adorable bunny card kit; however, since I wanted it for my hoopla wall, I stuck this fluffy bunny in a mini hoop.

Thanks. I haven't posted in almost a year because of our big move but I've been enjoying stitching. I really got a jump on completing things for myself and using things in my stash.
