This is super as in VERY garlic-y (but also super tasting).  Cheesy  My CSA started and I got a bunch of green garlic, garlic scapes, and green onions, so I decided to make a spread.  It is delicious on Melba toast/crackers and wraps (and probably a bunch of other things).

Ingredients
8 oz package of cream cheese
1/3 cup of sour cream
grated garlic (I used three green garlic bulbs)
chopped green onions (I used two large stalks)
sliced/diced garlic scapes (I used one full scape)

Instructions
Soften cream cheese and add listed ingredients.  Mix well.  You may also chop and mix everything in a food processor.  For best flavor, chill for at least an hour before enjoying.

All of the garlic makes it a little bit spicy, and so good (if you like garlic).  Make sure to have a mint handy for after; it's pretty potent.  Cheesy

The Greek yogurt is a great idea.  I had some sour cream left in a container that needed to get used, so I just decided I'd add it and see what happens.  Cheesy
