Is anyone doing the Frida's Flowers Crochet Along?  It's a free ravelry pattern and also available here:
http://www.stylecraft-yarns.co.uk/Crochet.htm
I started it last night using Sugar & Cream cotton yarn, the blocks work up really quick and they colors are striking.

uhm, I wasn't doing it, but now I would love to at least look at it...wow...those colors are fabulous...are you doing it bethntim?  Do you think it is doable by people who are not that skilled in following patterns?  I would try, but I would need some help on some of those flowers for sure!

I AM doing it, I started last night

The pattern is so incredibly well written that I think even those of us who march to the beat of our own drum can follow along.  Part 6 is out now, I just started part 1 last night, so I hope to catch up quickly.

Each pattern section is released every two weeks

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Did you find all of the colors in the sugar n cream?

I am thinking of ordering the yarn from the UK website--I think I want to use the Stylecraft DK since I have many of the colors already.

Are we going to be posting our progress here?

I am skipping around since I am behind anyway! Grin

I found all the colors in sugar and cream (happy accident-thought I would have to order them but I found them at Michael's for 4 for $6.)

I'm going to skip around as well since Part 7 just came out today.

I'd love to see everyone's progress on here!

I am going to make a trip to our Michaels to see how many colors I can find...if I can't find them all, I'll just order what I need from my usual online place.  Thanks...excited to get started!
