i got bored with my cell phone, so today i decided to revamp it completely. i pulled out my old lucky magazines and cut out words that caught my eye, and then i decoupaged them onto my cell phone cover with modge podge, and then sealed it with clear nail polish...here it is.

so, what do you think? earlier today my cell phone was totally covered in green tiny rhinestones, i like this better. i get bored easily.

the mod podge was slightly tacky once dry, but a really quick coat of clear acrylic nail polish made it glossy and smooth. took care of it completely, also sealed it all in.
