I am so digging on this fruit salad right now.

Mojito Fruit Salad:
2 kiwis cut up
1 granny smith apple diced
1 cup of green grapes
1/2 mini watermelon (I used a melon baller but you can just cut it up)
1 lime
sprigs of mint diced (add as much as you want)
Cut up all the fruit and add the mint. Juice the lime directly onto the fruit and mix up really well. It will keep for several days, but seriously, it won't last that long.

The original recipe called for honey dew melon but I am not a huge fan of it so I used watermelon. If you want some extra spice, take out the mint and add some chili powder.

Pretty pretty pretty!  I wonder what it would taste like with a splash of rum mixed in?   Cheesy

This would be fun to turn into carbonated fruit!  It's so pretty <3  I haven't tried using liquor while doing carbonated fruit but if you could (I might have to test this at some point) it'd be fun and then it really could be a mojito too!
