I made this cake for my niece's my little pony party!  Marsh mallow fondant, buttercream icing, and some  gel icing for the water.. those white balls are supposed to be clouds haha

I originally wanted to do a more intensive cake, with rainbows and such.. but didn't have time

Here's the inside of the cake, I tried to make it twilight sparkle's colours, because she's her favourite pony (pegasus)

That is so so darling! It looks amazing. When is/was the party? What was your niece's reaction? I bet she loved it!

Looking for poly-clay earrings: one bacon, one fried egg. Also, a mishmash of red/orange/gold bracelets--beaded, braided, bangles, whatever! If you have the supplies, let's talk! (Please?) I'll swap all kinds of things in return!

That's an awesome MLP:FiM themed cake!  The stream/river coarsing through the middle of the grass looks great and the McDonald's Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Cheerilee ponies are great 3-dimensional additions (I'm missing that Cheerilee, but I own the other two).  I think the marshmallows actually work better as boulders than clouds (that was my initial impression, as they're on the ground, rather than floating).  I love the tri-colored Twilight Sparkle interior too.  I'm sure it tasted heavenly and that your niece loved it!
