My aunt is an avid fan of the Legend of Zelda series and has logged untold hours in Ocarina of Time and Link to the Past. She's also prone to losing her keys so I figured the best way for her to keep up with her keys would be if I made her a keychain that was hard to overlook.
With her love for LoZ in mind, I went to Pinterest and started searching for LoZ themed cross stitch patterns. I found an Etsy pattern-listing for the Master Key, which I thought would be fitting for a keychain.

The keychain is worked on 10 count plastic canvas and is double-sided: the other side is a mirror image of this side but I didn't take a picture of the other side. The key is 1.5" x 1.5" (at the widest point). I took a picture of it next to my hand because when I took a picture of it alone, it gave the impression that it was large.

The Zelda games have some neat key designs, and this horned one is a great example.  You did an excellent job of recreating the game art, pixel-for-pixel, in cross stitch format.  And what better subject matter for a keychain than a key itself?

Ooh your aunt will love it! I'm a huge Zelda fan too and that's definitely a great gift, it looks like a perfect master key!

Awesome. This reminds me of the nintendo game Zela. I liked that game a lot, but never played the more modern games.
