I got mine from curiousfae!! Thank you for everything its all so cool!

These are quotes from my favorite author, Libba Bray! She has this amazing way with words to make you really realize the gravity of a situation.

Another favorite author, Roald Dahl! He was my childhood hero, always showing me that even at my age I could change the world around me. Gave me the strength to become who I am today.

Very lovely letter, AMAZING PEN LOVE THIS THING, and a great new journal!!

LOVE IT ALL!! Thanks so much <3<3 I now have some amazing art work to hang up in my future home!

it's hard to see it because of the frame but the word 'magic' was written with the stella wink pen. i love it. such a subtle shimmer.

I received my package from EdelC. The Ireland-to-Canada mail wasn't quite as blisteringly fast as it's sometimes been, but it was still faster than my package to dfabbric in Alberta!

I had shown Edel an image of the sort of thing I hoped for, because I love her hand-printed fabrics, and she completely out-did the original:

I can't believe how many individual stamps Edel had to carve to make this fat quarter!

I love this colour combination! But the colours she used for this are even better:

You would expect that the other side of this zipper pouch would be made of the black print, and it is, but with a difference:

I can hardly wait to find something to put in it! (Besides the bar of white chocolate that Edel included!) Wink Thanks so much for this, Edel. It was obviously a lot of work, but I think it was so worth it.

I love hand printed fabric...but hand printed with words and letters?  wow!  Beautiful job...I am sure the fabrics will make a unique project!  I say just use the pouch for more chocolates...Grin.

I LOVE my entire package THANK YOU SO MUCH Wulf!

I'm so glad you like it. The stamps were actually a lot of fun to carve - kind of meditative, and they're small enough that just about the time I was starting to cramp up, I would be finished and ready to move onto the next letter! I'm also kind of proud of the cardboard box; so many alphabet stamp sets don't come in a proper box that keeps them in order, and it makes them hard to use.

My partner received and she's back from holiday...but I bet she's overwhelmed like we all are when we return from time away.

I am designing an 8 x 10 typography canvas for myself. Got inspired.

I rec'd my awesome package from aliceowsj00. note: I've purposely smudged out part of the naughty word lest is offends. Just so you know, Jillian in fact painted it on very neatly Smiley

I rec'd this beautiful journal. love the design she did on the front. I love journals and use them constantly. This will be a great addition to my little stash.

also this sweet mirror that politely reminds the gazer 'you are beautiful'!

and my favorite piece, this hefty mug with the best saying ever. So very appropriate for me.

Thanks again Jillian! and thanks for organizing.

Dearest Cmarion, you are so right - I came back from holiday to a world full of stress Sad
But all is well now, and your wonderful gift certainly lightened the mood.
Anyone who has swapped with me will know that I have a certain passion (and vocation) in celebrating all that is to do with Woman and the feminine.  I am a psychotherapist and have a barn where I facilitate many therapy groups. This wonderful duet of mixed media art work is now sitting centre stage in the barn and has already been admired by many.
Thankyou dearest woman x

I'm glad it spoke to you P_E_S_T. I love that quote.

Here's the post on the Strong Women" piece. It is meant to be a diptych, a two panel piece. I really hated letting it go, but as always, it found a perfect home!

I received a delightful package from P_E_S_T this weekend. All kinds of little goodies and wonderful, wonderful words.

First, my favorite, three little wordy bracelets.

Then a box full of beautiful words. I keep discovering little bits about the cards and the words every day.

And tucked into one of the cards, a little banner.

Love the mug and the beautiful journal design...what type of paint was used to paint it?

cmarion--your art is gorgeous and meaningful!  I love all of the mixed bits of things...

P_E_S_T--as usual, your projects are inspiring and just lovely!  The word pieces are all works of tiny art!
