I bought a white owl lamp at walmart.  Booorrring! So I repainted it to match my room and I painted and beaded up a lampshade to go with it.

Your additions made that lamp so much better!  Green and pink/red isn't a color combination I see too often, especially on a bird, and it looks fab--I don't know if there are tropical owls or not, but if there aren't, this is what they should look like!

That's really great. This owl has so many colors, but it does not look over-colored. Everything blends nicely, and the green-red/rose makes a wonderful contrast.

Shocked WOW! That owl turned out super pretty! I saw those lamps just the other day at Wal-Mart and thought they were pretty underwhelming. Your paint job really makes it just POP!

this poor dude was crying out to be painted nest pas?  What a great job you did on both base and shade! I bet it truly brightens up the room (ha ha, did not even see the pun til I read it.)

There are the Redcoats. And they are ours! Or tonight Becky Thatcher sleeps a widow!
