I'm soon going to start crafting with resin and I've heard from alot of people that it's easier to do it with epoxy resin.
So, now to the questions.

What supplies do I need? Material, tools etc.
Can I put the epoxy rin in a molder? Will it work just fine?

I want to start getting a hand of using epoxy resin and then later start to do jewelry like this person do:

What material do you think she used?
Can I use acrylic paint on resin? Do I mix the acrylic paint with resin to get a solid color or how else?

Resin is a lot of fun - go to the jewelry and trinkets board - there is a huge discussion on resin there with a lot of info that you may find helpful...

There's probably going to be a lot of experimentation in your future though.
