I'm hoping to truly make some changes in 2017 as far as destashing and actually use my stash.

I'd volunteer but I've been playing around with hosting my own craft along.

Ohhhhh, intriguing audio!

I've been debating on starting a Paper Crafts Craftalong, where we can focus on all kinds of paper crafts, like inchies, atcs, altered journals, bookmarks, postcards, chunky pages/houses, etc. We used to have a really active altered book along and postcards/altered puzzle along, kind of want to do that but not limit to just one type of this. As long as it's paper craft, or mixed media type thing. Paper crafting has been one of my main crafts forever, but I've been having alot of trouble doing it this year so I thought a craftalong could help. Would anyone be interested?

I'd be interested in a paper craftalong. I want to do more mixed media type stuff this year.

I had such grand plans for destashing in 2016! Instead I remodeled my kitchen for 5 months, started the bathroom, did fan crafting to promote The ManFlesh's novel that comes out in Feb, did exterior repairs around the property, and so forth. But I did sneak in this all-stash project right at the end of the year. Reusable produce bags for the grocery store. Made with tulle and ribbon that I've had for at least 20 years, scavanged toggle-thingies, and leftover fabric tape from other projects. Used up the tulle and the tapes!

The produce bags are bangin. I've been thinking of making some myself, and kudos to you for using stash!

Those tulle produce bags are wonderful. The only tulle in my stash is only about 6" wide, but I'm pretty sure I still have several pieces of netting. It wouldn't be as soft but it should work almost as well. May have to try that.

Thank you! I got the original idea from pinterest (of course) but the fabric tape and toggle-thingie were my additions.

I think netting would work great! There is no reason that produce bags need to be soft!

Love those bags!  I have on my list of projects to do this year more reusable bags and storage bags...I am really working on reducing the amount of garbage my hubby and I produce...I am good at recycling, but I need to work on not using or buying stuff too packaged, etc.

Audio---I have my entire paper stash organized and ready to go!  I want to make a few junk journals and try out a lot of new techniques this year...
