The shot glasses are great. I like how the writing is in the silhouette.

Lindy, what a lovely package for your partner. I love the Mickey pumpkin hair clips. I would love them without the hair clips too. These would make fun badges/brooches to attach to some bland t shirt or a bag.

I'm not into Dr. Who but I love the themed items I see here on Craftster!  Shocked

I saw a kinda large wooden cabinet today at a garage sale and thought of making it into a miniture cabinet like lindyv321, but I didn't think I could do it justice like she did.  Tongue

Here is another scarf I made for the 'Red Scarf Project':

And the obligatory label photo  Roll Eyes:

It was made using the moss/linen stitch, which I have used before.  But this time my sides were coming out wonky/squiggly-hence, the edge sewn around the scarf.  I also try to use another color that goes with red to add some interest to the scarf.  They have to be able to be given to a boy or a girl so I also have to be careful with that as well.

I have another one on my hook, and they don't need to be sent till December, so plan on seeing more!  Grin

DH was talking about making chicken noodle soup a lot lately, but wasn't doing it, so I did.  As usual, I made it in my crock pot.  Cheesy  Here is a photo of the finished product:

I'm going to post the recipe, complete with the revisions that I did...

CROCK-POT CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
*prep time: about 20 mins, *total time: 8 hours, *servings: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:
-2 large chicken breasts
-2 large carrots
-2 stalks celery
-4 to five cans (14 ounce) chicken broth
-1 small onion
-egg noodles
-salt and pepper
-2 cloves of garlic
-parsley
-oregano
-2-3 bay leaves
-several basil leaves
preg_replace('/(.{49})/', '$1 ', '________________________________________________________________________________')
DIRECTIONS:
1)  Cut chicken into cubes and add cans of broth into the crock pot.
2)  Dice carrots, onions, celery, parsley (if fresh), basil leaves (if fresh), and add bay leaves.
3)  Cook on low for about 7 1/2 hours.
4)  Add noodles about 30 minutes before serving and turn on high till noodles are fully cooked.

****I make biscuits with this meal and I start cooking them and added the noodles 30 minutes before the soup was  done so that everything was done at the same time*****

Wow!  Such awesome stuff!
I'm amazed by the stumpwork beetle, but I really love the flower hoopla!

The food all looks fantastic, too!  Makes me hungry....

I've got a few things to add....

31. Hearts in HandPies

Looking around for something special to make to take to the shop one morning; all I had on hand was enough flour to make a double pie crust, and a jar of slightly runny jam. Voila!  Hearts in Hand Pies!

32. Back-to-school dress

My young friend Isabella was gobsmacked to see Shopkins fabric at JoAnns a few weeks ago.  She luuuuuvs Shopkins.  So obviously, I had to sneak back and buy some.  And make her a little end-of-summer dress.  She insisted on wearing it to the first day of school!

33. Bake Sale for Survivors
Every year a wonderful woman in town holds a massive bake sale to benefit a survivor of breast cancer, to help with some of the bills shes still battling.  Its a real honor to contribute.  This year, I brought 6 dozen amaretti cookies.

And a dozen mini pineapple upside down cakes

packaged as six pairs of pineapple ta-tas!

I need to work a little on the packaging, but they seemed to be popular, and they sold fast!

34. Knubbelchen

Because you can never have enough little knitted nisse, can you? These are such great gifts for little people, I try to have some on hand for impromptu presents.  One of these is already gone!

35. Mittens

The temps are still in the 70s here, but winter is on the way, and by some accounts, its gonna be a cold one.  Started my Christmas knitting!  These will have matching hats, for a pair of twins I know.

36. Rust dyed cloth

Ive been having a lot of fun experimenting with rust-dying cloth.  Lots of unexpected results, the trick is learning how to predict what results Ill get!

You are a really multi-talented person, yoop!  I love Isabella's stance in the picture, she looks so happy and about to take on the world!  You must have made her day when you made her that dress.
