Halfway done a new pair of sweatpants. It's supposed to be -33 (-27f) by the end of the week, and I only have one pair of sweats right now.

Let me know if you think cards would sell at the DM auction. If so, I'll add some to my next package to DM.

Thanks Kathy!  I really love them and I know that I would buy them.  Smiley  Thanks for sharing this project.  I googled and saw how one person made hers.  What are you using for the metal parts that go under the parts you want to cut?

To make the cards I used a set of Sizzix thin dies designed by Stephanie Barnard called Flip-Its. She has several shape sets available, but these are the oval cut. Any papercutting system will work with this set. Some of Stephanie's dies are the Bigz style and may not work (too thick) in a CuttleBug, so pay attention to the style die you're buying versus the brand of cutter you use. A Big Shot should cut any of the Sizzix dies.

I was watching one of Stephanie's videos last night and picked up a neat trick to add a flip page to the card that will allow you to add more words or embellishments. That's my next card project.

I was planning on starting to sort my tee shirts for my tee shirt quilt project but I left them all at home by the front door. I have no car and working/staying in another city an hour away so I was planning on having that project to pass the time ugh. oh well i guess that means I'll just have to do some major car research. Hopefully I have a chance this weekend to run back home and grab everything!

How cool K!  Thanks so much for sharing!!!  Now I have something to add to my wishlist!  I don't think it's too early to start hinting about what I'd love for Valentines/Mother's Day, right? Smiley

Everyone has been so productive already! A few things I enjoyed off the top of my head:

Jurassic World bracelet (clever! I have a friend who would love this!)
Squid-print tote
Baby headband on a giant wine glass Smiley

and everything else has been fantastic too! So many talented crafters.

I've been working away on a few items, but am now stuck waiting for new supplies to come in the mail so I can finish everything. Wish I would have thought to order them last month now I'm just getting anxious! Grin

I like your yellow curtain, Aspen. It makes me think of sunshine - and we could use some sun here in the dark time of the year  Smiley.
And great shorts, Textscrapper - I like plaids, and the colours are so happy.
The cards are beautiful - it is a craft I know nothing about, but it is lovely.
