A few days ago, I was asked if I could make a few elf costumes in time for volunteers to wear at the homeless kids christmas party.  Sigh, how can you say no?

So I made 5 of these:  XL tee shirts with felt collars and hats.  They'll wind up stored in a garbage bag for next year, so I didn't want to make anything fancy, expensive, or crushable (like last time she asked me to make a costume...)

that's my husband modelling

My husband keeps asking, "Did anybody comment on my elf?"  It's sad to have to keep telling him no.

Great idea for a simple costume. Your elf off the shelf looks like he is about to find some mischief.  Wink

That's pretty cool, makes a very convincing elf Smiley

One of the first things my husband said this morning was "did anybody comment?"
He was thrilled to be called mischievous!
thanks again!
