This summer, I finally managed to cut into a pair of curtains, I've had in my stash (and up on my window) for quite a few years.
They are from 70s I think and I originally paid under 10 euros for them. Anyhoo...I didn't use any pattern. I flipped the curtain sideways,
set a zipper on the seam in the back, made some pleats and added a waistband. I even winged the pockets!

What do you think?

Why use a pattern, when you can wing it and potentially cause yourself a heart attack by ruining the fabric? I'm all about adrenaline rush and excitement.
