whooohooooo! just waiting on one claim to wing its way to me from Anne over in Germany, and it is on the way, and then dis round will be totally done!

I found some pictures of the towel toppers I made.



Had to try them out to see if it worked, and they hold kitchen towels really nicely. Might have to make some more actually.



These show the different designs I played around with, and show a truer color.

How cute, Annchen. I have seen towels cut in half with a crochet top added to the top half, but your idea is a much better one. Where it is just a holder, and not attached to the towel itself. I am a fabric crafter {and have made the half towels with this}, but I bet I could use this idea with fabric and a large ring of metal or plastic. And not actually stitch to the half towel. NEAT!!!
