3: Installing the arched bridge pillars

4: Building the wooden bridge deck

I carry a bag that says FREE KNITTING LESSONS on my daily transit commute, & give a little hands-on tutorial to anyone who asks. They get a starter kit with needles, enough cotton yarn to make a plain dishcloth and a set of instructions. Swaps/donations for materials welcome!

It's apparent from the time you put into these projects, and the beautiful results, that you really enjoy building them.  I enjoy seeing your work.

Oh thank you!  This is exactly what we need.  We have a small creek which we refer to as the mote, that currently has a flat foot bridge.  Long story short, when it rains hard enough our little creek tends to flood over that poor little bridge, about ankle deep.  After many yeas of this, the wood is rotted and it is time to replace.  We were wanting to make an arched bridge.  Thank you thank you thank you!!
