I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Here's something I made for our dear sweet rackycoo in the IYP 25 swap- 26 bitty circus works of art that fit into a matchbox. I had been struggling with my art at the time, having abandoned painting and drawing for a long while, and these minuscule pieces made easing back into it a bit less daunting. The cards are made from mixed media ATC cards that were cut to fit inside the 2 3/4" x 1 3/4" matchbox. It was exhilarating to paint, stamp, doodle, and draw whatever felt right on each of these cards, probably because they were so small, but maybe because I had all of that bottled up for so long it just had to get out in a manic kind of way!

The backgrounds are mostly acrylic paint, various stamps, black pen, crayon, coloured pencil, and pastels. All of the images are either collage images or hand drawn.

The completion of this little work helped me feel more confident in my art and I've since enjoyed drawing or painting every day (even if they are only ATCs!)  Cheesy

Thanks to rackycoo for the in-focus shots...the rest are mine. Phtttht.

Only ATC??? I spend more time on those than I do on other crafts. Wonderful share. Thank you.

This is one of my favorite swap items ever! It sits on a table in my living room where I can look at it often. I am humbled by the amount of work that went into this tiny precious item. Plus, that little giraffe charm is the bomb. Smiley

Goodbye, Craftster. Thanks for the memories.

Beautiful and so incredibly done. Can only imagine the time it took to create all the ATCs. Sure racky gets a lot of joy out of looking at them.
