something I created a few years ago.. 100% handsewn except the horns and over 2000 sequins handsewn on his face, and below is a Buffalo that I have been sequinning, beading adding shells and textiles for the last 2 years

thanks, I have created a few sculptures like this.. a boar,  bobcat, the ram, a mannequin and almost completed with the buffalo as it's the largest of all of them... I use 5mm sequins with 3 stiches to each one. the fur is hand sewn and the horns are machine sewn but then hand sewn onto the sculpture....here is a pic of some of the sequin detail.. I recently completed a marmoset monkey but I used beads for it

Thanks for the kind words, I shared the ram because this is the year of the goat as far as Chinese new year is concerned.. I have a few more pieces that I want to create after the buffalo and hopefully one of these years display them as a group.. I have earned the calluses on my fingertips due to these creations Smiley
