ungh I could just kick myself... I created two items, that my partner specially said she did not want. LOL... It's like I read it, looked at pinterest, got this cool idea and ran with it. Now I have to go back into planning mode. At least, the big item is halfway done, and I have another medium I have never done before.

Ouh! Fabrics!! So intriguing!

Got a super idea for whileitsraining's kids, dig out the right supplies and now my dinning table is a mess.
A lovely, colorful, springy mess!!!

And... The snow IS melting!!! There's no more snow on the spot we went to create our potager Smiley

The snow is mostly gone here now, although of course we got so much less than you did in Quebec, Maman. It was actually pleasantly warm both yesterday and today, which is the first for this year!

I know Edel is about to mail her package to me (and I'm inwardly jumping up and down in childish excitement about what's in the teaser photo), I'm going to go ahead and open the Gallery. I'll be away from home for a week from this Thursday (the 16th) until the 22nd, for a visit to New York, and I'm never sure how much Internet access I'll have away from home, so if you PM me and don't get a response right away (or for a week), that's why.

I'm trying really, really hard to get my package ready to send by Wednesday afternoon before I leave, but I make no guarantees. There's a lot of other stuff to get ready and suddenly no time left to do it! Shocked

Okay, here's the gallery for when we need it: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=438907.0

And a reminder to everyone we haven't heard from this week (you know who you are...) to post something here in the swap thread just to let us know you're still with us. How're you doing? How's the weather on your continent?

It will be hitting the road today...I have found a new post office...seriously how does that happen, you go into a shop occasionally for about 18 months and then look around and see the post office counter that you have never seen before..not because it wasn't there..but because you never looked around!...anyway it is going today....

enjoy your trip Wulf

I'm worried my idea has gotten too big to finish on time; I haven't even started it because I need to buy materials, but won't be able to get out until the end of the week at the earliest!   Shocked  But I want to make it because I saw the most inspiring example which I want to emulate in a somewhat simplified fashion.....   Tongue

I reckon you should go for it, I'd imagine that your partner would love it!
