They had Valentine's candy in them, but now I have no clue what to use them for.

Could you maybe put holes in the top and string them for a Val Day decoration?  Or maybe attach somehow with a batt-op tealights?  Or, depending on how many you have, maybe attach them to string lights?  Maybe even a board with holes for lights to come though. The back and attach e hearts to the front?  Obviously, I'm stuck on lighting those little suckers up!

Finish them off with glitter. Stick them to cards. Fill them with selfmade soap or make a candle from it. Fill them with glitter and little things, glue two together to make sort of a medallion.

If you're into lighting, get some small  battery powered LEDs and light them up! Maybe put a slogan on them: You light my heart?
