House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: Mantilla Doily Hoop
Project Page Link: n/a
Brief Description: For Arithmancy class, I made a doily using this pattern and embroidered it onto fabric in an embroidery hoop. I didn't have a clear plan of what I was going to embroider when I started & just did whatever seemed right; I think it turned out okay. Smiley

Class: transfiguration
House: hufflepuff
Spew : TOPS
brief discription: I created these 5 posters for our fall rally this year.  Turns out the hardest way to write is deliberately messy/child like.  But i like how they all turned out and they're much more fun and cost efficient than store bought posters.

Class: Study of Ancient Runes
SPEW: NA
House: Hufflepuff
Project Name: Forever your little girl frame
Project Page Link (if available): none
Brief Description:  My mom found a photo on pinterest of a daughter holding a sign that said "forever your little girl" while wearing her wedding dress and she just had to have a same for my sister's wedding.  So, I found a cool round picture frame that had a horrid picture of little girl in a frilly dress in it.  ^_^  That had to go!  I took it all apart and spray painted the frame from light pink to white and sprayed the glass with chalkboard spray paint.  Then I painted on the words to the painted glass and resembled it.

Class: Transfiguration
SPEW: NA
House: Hufflepuff
Project Name: Wishing Stone Frame
Project Page Link (if available): none
Brief Description:  Luckily this frame was already to go with the frame already painted and the chalkboard background.  I painted on the wording, after stenciling it all on there.  Whew, that was a lot of wording!

Class: Astronomy
SPEW: NA
House: Hufflepuff
Project Name: Strawberry Shortcake Shoes
Project Page Link (if available):https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=439061.0
Brief Description: My neice's 2nd birthday was this weekend and it was Strawberry Shortcake themed, so I decided to make her a whole outfit for the party.  The star of the outfit though, was definitely the shoes.  I painted them with fabric paint on canvas shoes.  What's hiding?  The original boring tan canvas shoe!  ^_^

Class: Study of Ancient Runes
House: Gryffindor!
Project Name: Spiral tie-dye bag
Project Page Link: N/A
Brief Description: To say my mom is a free spirit is a bit of an understatement. A child of the 60s and 70s, she is as new-age and flighty as you might imagine. This spiral tie-dye reminds me of her care-free nature and colorful spirit.

Class: Transfiguration
House: Gryffindor!
Project Name: Quote Magnet
Project Page Link: N/A
Brief Description: I've been playing with the script tool on my wood-burner, er, I mean quill, and working on my lettering. I've got room for improvement for sure, but I'm semi-happy with how this one came out. Added some water color embellishment for this cool little magnet.

class/challenge-divination
house-gryffindor
project- narcissus mandala

I have a december birthday, so my flower is narcissus. i had to look it up, and daffodills are in this family. they are mostly yellow and white, but there are also some in pink. I love playing with geometry, so i got my protractor and my ruler out, and drew the radial lines for a mandala, then developed in into a flower shape. i traced it in waterproof ink, so i could add watercolors to it

this one was sent in the april atc swap, but i really liked it so, i've started another one for myself!

QUESTION ON PROPOSING AN OWL

can you repeat an owl subject if you have completed an owl in that subject during a previous semester, or does each owl need to be in a new subject? i have an idea for an arithimancy owl, but i did a similar project for an arthimancy owl last summer.

You can in fact repeat an OWL, just as long as it's not two of the same subject in the same semester.  So yes, go for it!
