What does everyone think about an idea to craft a pair of (or just one) cushions or just the covers for a home craft swap?
we could do a theme or keep it random.
Check out this Pinterest link for inspiration.

We could use any kind of materials.
Yarnies could knit or crochet,
Sewists can embroider and  stitch.
or we could mix it up a bit. The combinations and ideas are endless.  Perhaps this could give you a chance to try something new. For example if you've never tried applique this could give you the inspiration to give it a try.

What do y'all think?
I'm from the UK so i'd hope to get the attention of some Brits over here. but I'm ok with sending abroad. Which we could agree to just make a cushion case.

This sounds fun. I'd love to knit a cushion, or just a cover. Either way.  Smiley

That sounds fabulous! I need cushion covers (who doesn't) but I always like things other people have made more than my own creations so a SWAP is ideal. Plus cushions are fun to make and easy to ship. Great idea!

If I can't be my own, I'd feel better dead.

Sounds good to me! I am doing a bit of redecorating right now, so this would be perfect.

I'd be into it!

Yes! I have some pillows that could use a new cover!

What if you did a more generic home goods swap? Kitchen towels, decorated spoons, microwave bowls, all those sorts of things. People could say in their questionnaire what things they would like.
