I actually made this a while ago with LOTS of help from Mr. Road. Remember the Faux Taxidermy Swap? Yeah, that's about when this craft was started.

I joined the 2014 Fake Swap Craftalong to give myself a deadline for this and it totally worked...kinda. Mr. Road and I got the piece done, but not mounted and on the wall, so I waited to post. Then I couldn't find my in-progress pics, so I waited to post. Eventually, I realized that if I kept waiting to post it was just never going to happen. So here it is!

Here's the one in-progress pic I could find (Mr. Road's metal frame):



There's a layer of batting between the fabric and the frame, and I have pics of that, but who knows where. All seams are 100% hand-sewn.

We love the way he lords over our living space!  Cheesy
